Welcome to "Cakes by Paula". I am so happy you stopped by for a visit! If you are looking for a cake to celebrate a special event or occasion in your life, I am your "caker" as they say! Cake making allows me to merge two of my loves in life....art and baking. I specialize in cakes and cupcakes for any occasion. I have been known to make other desserts such as cheesecake, bars and pies. I welcome all ideas and look forward to being a part of your special celebration.

Paula Geistfeld: Wood Lake, Minnesota, United States; Hi! I'm Paula- a self taught cake maker and have been making cakes for approx. 9 years. I come from a long line of wonderful farmwife cooks and bakers. I like to think of myself as a baker with artistic flair. I get a great deal of satisfaction and joy knowing that my cakes are a part of so many special celebrations. In the past 9 years or so, the wide variety of flavors, fillings, icings and keeping up with current trends keeps my "hobby" exciting. In addition to baking, I am a wife to Bob, and mother to 3 small children. We live on a farm near Wood Lake, MN. Please contact me with your special requests- I look forward to hearing from you.
